This Policy shall be governed by and construed as per the laws of the Republic of India and subject to the provisions of arbitration set out herein, the courts at Chennai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any Disputes (characterized underneath) arising out of or in connection with this Policy subject to the provisions of this Paragraph 13.
